How? We make it our mission:
For every $100 you shop of Bonito Jewelry, a backpack with school supplies is donated to a child in need.
Where did we go? Brazil!
We just got back from a successful trip to Brazil where we did our bi-annual donations.
We donated hundreds of backpacks to children at the NGO Sementes do Amanha (Seeds of Tomorrow).
✨ Over 280 backpacks in one day, allowing every child to receive school supplies.
✨ Additionally, 120 backpacks were distributed to two partner NGOs in the country: Abrigo Nossa Familia and Casa Tia Marly, both located in São Paulo.
What was inside the backpacks?
The backpacks are curated to each location we visit, depending on what their needs are.
For Sementes do Amanhã we provided:
- Notebooks
- Reusable water bottle
- Drawing books
- Dictionaries
- Color pencils
- Reading books
- Bamboo toothbrush
