I put in the wrong shipping address, what do I do now?
It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at email@example.com.
We have a 10 to 12-hour window to make a request for the package to be rerouted from the moment you make the purchase; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends where the package is in the shipping process. How long does it take to ship my order?
USA & Canada: Fedex Express Shipping 3 to 6 days.
Australia: Standard Australian Post 2-4 days
Express Australian Post 1-2 days
Rest of the world: Fedex Express International 4-9 days
What orders qualify for free shipping?
USA and International: All orders that are over $150 will automatically qualify for free Fedex Express Shipping.
Australia: FREE shipping on all orders with Standard Australian Post. If you need your order expedited, you can choose Express Australian Post at checkout for $10.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service and we will be able to assist you.

How can I exchange an item?
We are able to offer exchanges for necklaces, rings, bracelets and anklets. Customer must email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery of parcel.
We are unable to offer exchanges on earrings. Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of earrings for all jewellers, therefore, we can't accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewelry.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. You can return your order once you have received it.

Do you offer a warranty?
Your jewelry purchased via www.bonitojewelry.com will be under warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you have issues with your pieces, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.
Each case will be analysed thoroughly by the Bonito team. If Bonito Jewelry is responsible because of a manufacturing issue, we will repair it for you, free of charge. The shipping costs associated with sending the original product to us are covered by the customer.
