RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Returns are accepted for store credit or exchanges only, subject to available stock. All store credits, return and exchange requests, will expire on December 31, 2024.
STOCK & PRE-ORDERS
No styles will be restocked once sold out. If you love a Bonito design, we recommend purchasing soon as stock is limited. Pre-orders remain on schedule and will be fulfilled by the specified date on your order.
WARRANTY
Our warranty terms remain unchanged, but all warranties will expire on December 31, 2024.
GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDITS
Gift CARDS and store credits must be redeemed online by December 31, 2024. All store credits and vouchers will expire on this date.

Where do you ship from?
Your orders are shipped from our Showroom in Sydney, Australia.
How long does it take to deliver?
You have the option to choose your shipping service at checkout.
USA & CANADA:
Standard shipping: 6-15 business days
Express shipping: 2-6 business days
Please use the tracking number provided to track your order with USPS or your local postal service (example: Canada Post).
AUSTRALIA:
AusPost Standard shipping: 3-6 business days
AusPost Express shipping: 1-3 business days
NEW ZEALAND:
AusPost Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
AusPost Express shipping: 2-5 business days
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD:
Standard shipping: 6-15 business days
Express shipping: 2-6 business days
Please use the tracking number provided to track your order with your local postal service once the parcel arrives in your Country. For example, RoyalMail for UK orders, or DeutscheMail for German orders, and so on.
Every customer receives a shipping notification with their tracking number once the parcel leaves our showroom. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update.
We take 24h-48hs to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

How can I return an item?
You can start a return process using our RESOLUTIONS PORTAL. You can also read more about our Returns Policy here.
Pre-Orders:
An item is sold as pre-order when they are still in production but not yet ready to ship to our customers. Pre-order items will be shipped on the date announced on each product description. If you added an item IN STOCK and one item under PRE-ORDER, as we are committed to sustainability we will be shipping all your products together when the PRE-ORDER date starts.
If you would like to receive your products IN STOCK sooner, we please ask you to make your orders separately: one order for your PRE-ORDER items and a second order with your IN STOCK items.
Duties & Taxes?
Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
International orders might be subject to duties and taxes which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the customer. All orders are shipped from our showroom in Sydney, Australia.
Bonito does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to us and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the return shipping fee.
Can my parcel be redirected?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.

Problems with your delivery address?
If DHL, USPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier's tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.
I put in the wrong shipping address, what do I do now?
It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at hello@bonitojewelry.com.
We have a 10 to 12-hour window to make a request for the package to be rerouted from the moment you make the purchase; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends where the package is in the shipping process. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service and we will be able to assist you.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. You can return your order once you have received it.
