Shipping FAQ

Where do you ship from?

Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Florida, USA.

    How long does it take to deliver?

    Every customer receives a shipping notification once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update.  
    We take 24-48hs to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. All of our orders are shipped either with DHL, USPS or FedEx:

    - Standard Shipping to USA takes 3-6 days.

    - International shipping to Australia, Europe and Brazil takes 6-10 days.
    Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of Bonito Jewelry's control.

    If 10 business days have passed since you received the first shipping notification, please contact us at hello@bonitojewelry.com.

    Can my parcel be redirected? 

    We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

    Free Shipping?

    Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order if it's over $100 USD.

    Problems with your delivery address?

    If DHL, USPS or FedEx tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.
